Time of Occurrence: 10:30pm
Relevant Evidence: There was a pent raid where sixth ran in and were boosting with props at the balcony to get over the top which I died from which I thought was bullshit but I went 1 for 1 with my death so I ran back to the elevator and went up with my hands up to see what happened and I got shot to 20hp by Tyro who then teamkilled his friend and left the body so I grabbed a gun since he had shot me and went to kill him which I did and he was supposed to be the last one because we had killed everyone but him. However the guy I respawned with Thomas Sterling who complained about being teamkilled ran back also and grabbed a gun and killed me. I'm sorry for breaking nlr but them boosting was horseshit and not fun what so ever. Also I don't get the failrp part maybe it could be ftvl but my hands were up I didnb't run into gunfire I took the elevator and stood in the center and said my hands are up before the doors opened.

The FailRP has to do with the fact that you ran straight past police tape into an active gunfight claiming "this is my house".

I recorded you waltzing in after dying in the raid at which point you forced yourself into the RP situation by breaking NLR, and then created an opportunity for yourself to kill everyone who you had just interacted with. For some reason you didn't see any issue with this.

I'm tired of seeing your name pop up in sits, and tired of dealing with you when you break the rules. I truly regret only setting it for 3 days since you've done nothing but break rules for the past week or two.

You're not apologizing, so I'm assuming you're disputing the ban reason itself.
