Relevant Evidence: not really sure about the situation, logged offed after playing for about 3+ hours, was making weed in industrail with 2 buddies before the server dc'd and i just got off i wasn't in any rp situation prior to that besides talking to swift in a sit dealt with. anyways when the server disconnected i didnt log back on i took a break and come back to this, not sure why this wasn't brought to my attention in the 3+ hours i was on before the server reset, can you please explain this situation?

I see, I've been hearing around the server that you need 3 people for Fear RP to apply but I've read the rules just now and just seen that Fear RP always applies to police so I admit i did wrong with that and entering the garage but I didn't just stay in there I grabbed a vehicle and got out but I see he cut it right when I went in, but regardless still a bad move. I do see I failed RP from reading the rules more closely and deserve some ban but feel 7 days is excessive. I would like a reduction if possible.

You also can't run into a garage during an RP situation. You made it very clear in the videos that you were being extremely mingey, therefore I do not feel comfortable shortening your ban. You will serve the full ban. Appeal Denied.
