This is a ban that doesn't apply while being offline. You had to be present at the exact moment the ban happened, so you certainly know when it happened and what you did.

i think i was afk and not offline i can't remember because this was awhile ago and i was told that i can't make a new one until 3 months and it has be 5 to 6 months

That's also false. Being banned by our anti-exploit system requires you to be actively doing something that's considered unusual by our system. You do not get permanently banned for being AFK. You will not be unbanned until you speak the truth.
