my brother was walking down the street in front of PD and someone tried to run them over so he walked around the car and they got out and started shooting him. Then he told an admin "friskiemar^" what had happend and the guy who killed him said that he told him to stop and my brother ran away but he didnt hear him say that because his mic was quite. Then friskiemar^ said my brother failed rp then told him he would be banned from his job as an officer but instead banned him from the SERVER for 3 days

Failed to follow the format, you cannot appeal for someone else, there is literally no context to this, and if this was proper there is no reason to even want to unban them as there is no defense.
