Ban Reason: Insulting Staff (4+ offenses)
Unban Reason: Look, I'm a diagnosed schizophrenic and I sometimes lash out and don't exhibit full control of my behavior. I'm not going to excuse things I said and I'm sorry if any of those statements caused actual distress. It wasn't personal at all. I don't understand why the straw that broke the camel's back was me making an innocuous comment that wasn't directed at anyone. This is more capricious and extreme than it needs to be. If you want better restraint with my behavior going forward, I'll put forth an effort.

You have a long record of staff disrespect and insults. I'm not going to deal with your excuses anymore. It's getting ridiculous.

I am not accepting this appeal and you will serve the full seven days. Any further situations involving staff disrespect/similar will result in a strongly extended punishment.

Addendum:
You even continued to do it after I politely asked you to stop, you went on a full hostile rant towards myself and staff in general for the next ten minutes.
