Ban Reason: "Racism/Homophobia"
Unban Reason: I didn't do either of these things. I said the phrase "{WORD CENSORED}" in referring to my friend whom is black, and I myself am 25% black in real life and play a black character. I don't see how it can be racist if I say a phrase that is culturally appropriate for me to say in real life, and equally so in-game. More so, I hadn't said the term with any racist intent, and I don't believe that anything I did would've given off such an intent. I have never been warned on this server for racism, and didn't know even saying that word in the context I've described would get me a ban, so at least a warn would've been nice. As for the homophobia part, I asked him if, then, saying a phrase such as "[REMOVED]" would be considered against the rules, even if used in such a context as the actual definition of such, that being a bundle of sticks. I simply inquired about whether or not saying controversial terms like that would be against the rules despite being used in their correct, non-malicious ways. He then took that with anger rather than try to answer any of my questions, and seemed more bent on trying to ban me rather than actually critique me and help me improve as a player, and to learn the rules of the server. I believe I am deserving of an unban, and I wish for Backflare to please understand that as a staff member it'd be better to help a player understand certain, undefined rules or standards of a server when they ask, rather than pick out things they said to try and just get them banned for that. This will in no way help the server, and will just cause more uninformed players to run about.

Where the "WORD CENSORED" part is, I said the 'n-word'.

You had said the N-Word with a hard er i was not planning on banning you until you said "Then can i use a homophobic slur" at which point i said "No No No No Don't" and then you said Fa**ot. During the process of writing in your notes after being told you cannot use racist/homophobic slurs you said "Ne*ro". You directed the N-word towards me, the homophobic slur was posed as a sort of question after i told you not to say it and the "Ne*ro" was posed as a statement.

1. We do not tolerate derogatory slurs towards any group of people, such as racism, homophobia etc., within the community - especially Out-Of-Character. Your in-game character may be offensive to a certain degree HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately. Be observant and considerate. Things like the N-word and other ethnic slurs are never acceptable - neither Out-Of-Character nor In-Character.

In conclusion, i had told you not to say "Fa**ot" and you decided you would anyways after being told off for saying that and the N-word you said 'Ne*ro" it was quite clear you were saying that to cause a reaction, I'm sorry you did not get the reaction you thought you would of.
