John Wojack (in game) has been breaking the rules for communications outside of the game. He messaged me on discord saying that he had just put a bounty on my head for no reason completely unprovoked. He admit's to this in the screenshot and it was completely unprovoked as me and Flynn Robinson were role playing as civilians and had no contact with John Wojack in game until he started hurling abuse at us in game near the garage across the road from the drug dealer around 5pm ish. John Wojack messaged me previous to that trying to make things difficult for me and my friend (Flynn Robinson) before we even came into contact with him in game (see screenshots). My friend attempted to mug him, and John Wojack failed to comply and ran (which he shouldn't have done because he was under Fear RP and thus was no allowed to run); my friend (Flynn Robinson) ran him over accidentally and that's when John Wojack messaged me on discord at 5pm GTM which breaks the role play rules listed on your forums. He claims I shot him but I was in fact sat in my friends car and if you check the logs you will see that I haven't killed anyone on the server today at all. John Wojack hasn't role played correctly and has decided to seek revenge after he died as you can see by the screenshot he asks us to 2v2 so he is not forgetting what he knew in his previous life.
Since I have started writing this appeal he has messaged me yet again admitting to everything because he got banned for killing an admin during a sit. As you can see the guy is a trouble causer and has broken multiple rules whilst doing so. I'm a reasonable guy and I role played with the cop who asked me to give him a lift before he ended up arresting me and taking me to the mayor so that John Wojack could kill me to satisfy his personal vendetta against me.
I believe that my ban was as a result of John Wojack's personal vendetta and that a 12 hour ban is completely unfair considering the constant and prolonged pestering and bullying that John Wojack has been doing.
