Unban Reason: There was a PD raid going on and I was banned for "RDMing" a civilian who was inside the PD during this... There were multiple shots in and right outside the PD for at least 5 minutes prior and I would definitely say the civilian was breaking the rule involving valuing your own life... Anyways, I ran into PD's front on our way out to kill any cops that may be in there so they didn't follow us and saw the head of the civilian when I turned the corner and just sprayed as the situation was going quickly and if I took a second to see what they were, they could've killed me if they were a cop. Also, there was a cop behind them who shot at me (behind the counter) and I killed them too. I was reported by the civilian and was banned for 11 days for RDM... There was no leniency for it being clearly accidental even if it were to count as RDM, which I really don't think it should. People are punished for not valuing their lives all the time on the server and for some reason this guy did so and I was the one punished. I really think it's a bogus ban and I'd like to see it lifted.

My response to your ban appeal,

I was personally spectating the situation, and seen what happened in which I acted upon. You were performing a police department raid, in which you killed most of the cops in the process. You were in the process of escaping via the back of the police department. In the midst of that, you were escaping you killed a cop to the left side of the police department. Then you went toward the main lobby of the police department in which you peaked the door and killed a civilian which was using the NPC. Then you went fully into the lobby which you proceeded to kill an unarmed officer in the police department on the backside of the glass.

When I first brought you to the roof you said; "Oh, I thought he was a detective." I went to bring the guy and as soon as I got back you decided to change your story to, "it was crossfire." I find there was no reason to go back into the police department, nor kill an unarmed officer & civilian in the process. You could of easily just left the scene, but you decided to go back into the PD and get more kills.

I find that this was an appropriate ban based upon your history & the situation in which it happen, so I will be denying you ban appeal.
