Unban Reason: I'd like to be unbanned because I think it was a misunderstanding of the rules on my part, I thought since NLR applied I simply could not reenter the situation but instead it blocks off that entire area in which the situation took place, I can use this knowledge and apply it to the future and from now on I have a firm understanding on the concept of NLR. I further thank you for the leniency in which you have granted upon me as I know you went light on the punishment, and I can only hope to repay you with my diligent efforts in playing within the boundaries of the rules regarding NLR from here on out.
