Ban Reason: RDM, LTAP, LTARP

Unban Reason: Prior to me killing the person I killed I was kidnapped by a cop and taken to a cliff. While we were at this cliff he told me to beg for my mercy and so I did. Regardless if I begged or not he shot me at that cliff. I didnt know if he was allowed to do this or not so I didnt make a report (Which is my mistake). At this time I had a lot of stuff on me that I lost so I was quite pissed. I didnt know what to do cause I just lost quite a bit so I decided to go to the hospital to put away some money than Ill log. When I arrived to the hospital I saw the same cop that kidnapped and killed me so I took my revenge. I pulled my gun and gunned him down than left like I was going to from the start. After that I figured out that it wasnt the same cop and I am very sorry for shooting him. I read over the rules after I have been banned and I now know what I did was very wrong. I regret killing him as I enjoy the server quite a bit. Im sorry and this will not happen again. Thank you for considering giving me a 2nd chance. Thanks for reading the appeal.

After reading your appeal, it is clear to me that you may be a bit unaware of the rules. You will definitely want to read them to stop anything like this happening again, and you can find them here.

You said in your appeal that you were killed by the officer, who you thought was the one you killed. This is a rule break within itself. The rule of NLR says:
[2.1.3.3] You may not kill someone for killing you in your previous life.
Another rule you should be aware of is not killing a fellow officer or any other government official at that. You also need to be careful when killing someone with KOS. Even though in your circumstance you didn't, if you did, you need to be certain you are killing the right person.

I feel like these three days will be a good time for you to look over the rules and come back with more knowledge of what is and is not allowed. With that being said;
