Unban Reason: I’m not really sure why I even got banned I got kicked from the server after getting heated over something completely different not relating to any in game stuff I miss used the report system and after being kicked I went to a zoom class now thay I’m back I am banned for rdm and nlr not sure when I did any of those things knowing I was in jail for an hour when I left. I was pretty much banned for no reason and not sure at all when I broke any of those rules as well as never got an admin sit or a report on me either so if I can get unbanned and have a sit at least I’d much appreciate that thank you

Hi, I'm glad you contacted me about this as I'd like to hear your side.

I had a video from Liam/James (British profile pics in green and red civ default clothing) who said they had mugged you. The video then shows you appearing behind them at the hospital and saying “hands up” while simultaneously shooting them. It was put to me that this was in revenge for the mugging that took a large stock of your guns.

I understand you were frustrated by the staff response times today, which influenced my judgement of the likelihood that the video told the whole truth. In light of this if you could walk me through what happened I'd be happy to reappraise my decision.

so basically what happened was liam texted me asking to buy a gun from me i go to him and he acts like his going to buy it then his friend just runs up behind me and kills me without adverting or telling me to put my hands up or anything. much later on within the rules of nlr i saw them both in the hospital so i decided to return the favor and rob them they both tried to run or move away after i told them hands up there were also other people around so i didn't want to risk them messing my robbery up so i had to shoot the guys i was robbing as they were not complying. The nlr wasn't true i didnt say a word about what happened in my past life and it was far after they robbed me and i didn't really rdm as i did say i was robbing them and i didn't see hands in the air. Sorry for the impatience im sure you know how irritating it is waiting on someone to help you with a case but the second someone tells on you they get help automatically.

Hi,

Seeing as your decision to mug these people was influenced by the effects of a past life, this could be seen as borderline nlr. You should also not be mugging in the hospital.

Some staff members have alerted me that this innocence is somewhat faux or feigned, and given that your actions on the server did not generally benefit the community yesterday, I'll be keeping the ban in place.

This is also in light of your history of notes paired with the fact that you did not give enough time for the voice delay. In the video, you actually say hands up after you shoot them, so clearly did not give enough time to roleplay.

In the meantime, I invite you to do what I advise all players to do which is to consider the effects of your own actions rather than those of other players.

As such this ban appeal will be denied.
