I was hitting a guy with my baton trying to take his sights off of my sarge. he was armed with a shotgun

in my eyes, I did nothing wrong. As a police cadet leading to the time i was banned, i arrested two for vandalizing a police cruiser(my supervisor approved). I was patroling the streets with my parter until we died in a firefight in the suburbs(they were on a rooftop shooting down at us with ak's, until my partner died, so i called for backup on the radio and hid in a house. they later found me before anyone arrived at the scene and i died). I tried to help the other officers arrest a minge(btw he wasnt banned). I reported to a bank robbery with my supervisor and partner.(they were both killed by the robbers, so was i.). after I reported to many other npc-related crime things. then finally, i was with my partner and supervisor until we were fired upon by a man in a mask. after that. i was banned. That is all i have done in my time as a cadet. So again, i feel like i have done nothing wrong

The description in that refund request is the reason you received a ban. You broke FearRP by using a stun stick in the middle of a gun fight which did not include you. By doing so, you FailRPed.
