Ban Reason: Exploitinng vehicle, cop baiting
Unban Reason: First of all, I want to start this by saying that I did not have the chance to explain the situation to @Thegamingshain, and that he straight up banned me for 1 month without any evidence for what was happening. Here I'm going to explain what actually happened.

Cop baiting:
The whole situation started with me being inside the bank garage in layer 1 with my car because I was going to the bank to see if it was already raided or not. Then some cops drove right past the garage and saw me before I managed to close the garage door, and this resulted in a car chase.

The car chase between the police and me lasted a very long time, probably around 20min+. After a while, they managed to pop two of my tires, my left front and right back, but they still didn't manage to take me. I lost the cops for a couple of minutes, but when I was trying to get my car repaired at the mechanic they managed to box my car in, and they caught us (the random guy in the passenger seat and me). One of the cops shot me after putting my hands up after I left my vehicle which resulted in my getting in critical condition. Someone started dragging me, and I died because of that, which meant that I could go back to my clamped car and take it back, then I lockpicked the clamp on my vehicle and started driving again that started another car chase (This was the car chase I was in when I got banned).

Exploiting vehicle:
So as many of you know VCMod is kinda bugged, and your vehicle can't lose hp for some reason. I have to say that It's not my fault that VCMod is broken, and that it was obviously an advantage on my side when being chased me these cops for 20min+, but what else is there do when it's not working properly. You can't just punish me because something on the server is not working as it should.

Now I have explained what happened yesterday, and it would be great to have some evidence or something from @Thegamingshain side to prove to me that I was guilty or not.

First i would want to point out that there were several calls and reports about you being in multiple chases including the fact that your vehicle wasn't taking damage, i then find you and see you crashing into multiple things which those claims were correct.

This gives me a clear advantage as you admitting you knew the bug was presence but never once decided to report on it,

This is also to you admitting you were aware during the chase, this is cleary a bug YOU decided to exploit.

Yes, but we have no power over VCMOD; you neglected to disclose this bug; you were aware of and exploited it in a role-playing situation; and you were involved in several car chases using the exploit. You decided to go along with the RP scenario rather than calling a staff member to fix the bug.

I'm willing to hear to hear your response in attempts to turn this appeal around.

@Thegamingshain, Thank you for replying.

I though that this bug was for everyone, because ive seen people talk about it in OOC, So I though that this was a temporary bug that would be fixed over the past day(s), but apparently not. It is important to note that the car spawns unbreakable sometimes and not all times.

I also have another bug, when I repair my vehicle at the mechaic and then store it to make sure it saves with 100% hp, then go back into the garage to spawn my vehicle then its at 0% with fuel.

@Jogeir, unfortunately i'm going to have to Deny this appeal, it seems nothing deems me to Accept this appeal. I would like to regard you in the future once again, always point out the bug and not let it happen, it is truly unfair for other players, and very unfortunate that the players have to go through these such things.
