Relevant Evidence: I have absolutely no evidence, because I have no reason to record while performing completely passive jobs. I've been grinding away mining for days now, and not ONCE have I stepped away from the computer while mining. It is 100% allowed in the rules to +attack while mining. I was in iMessage trying to talk to someone when Perry came to me and banned without making ANY attempt of getting my attention. Mining ore that is at 0% is not a sufficient reason to assume I am AFK. When you grind away for hours, you tend to forget to look at the %.
There is no rule against using iMessage while +Attack is on, and it certainly can't be considered AFK mining, since I was there and moving to my next ore when he processed the ban. This is NOT the first time Perry has harassed me for AFK mining. He noticed me and another were both mining another rock that had just hit 0%, and ignored the fact that we were both having a conversation in chat and had forgotten to check whether it was empty. This is a completely false ban and even in the rules, staff must be able to REACH you. Which he did not try to do. Here is where it states so in the rules:
The usage of any kind of anti-AFK script or remote control software is not tolerated. This excludes only +attack. Using some form of AI to do things such as farming, mining etc. will not be allowed, you can use +attack as long as you're present at the computer/laptop etc. If you do not respond to when an administrator attempts to get your attention, you are liable for a punishment.
