Ban Reason: ERP, Fail RP as mayor, Staff diss
Unban Reason: I was never given any prior warnings to what I did wrong, usually people will be given warnings like "hey can you remove that law" I was announcing the laws as they were made when there was plenty of staff on and none of them took action for almost an hour. Staff in ooc even made funny comments on the laws but never messaged me about them, I admit I the laws I made were a but bazar but was I was a fair mayor and never took anybody's rights, The laws I made were "hentai in the sex shop in lower alder will be 25% off"
"Chick-Fill-A will be open on Sundays" "You have to be in jeans when you got to sleep" "You must be wearing crocks when you have sex" to witch Shimax ツ responded to in ooc but never said anything about it "

Hello @Viny Luco,

I was on the entire time while you were making these laws, I never saw them in chat - now, staff doesn't always get the chance to monitor the chat. There are plenty of happenings going on outside of the various facets of this server, including Discord, forums, and Trello boards. I was working on the latter at the time, this may explain why you weren't warned about it. I have notified Shimax of this and he will be more cognizant in the future, however, it still does not make it okay. When I brought you to the roof your behavior was confrontational and you made some rude comments, comparing me to the likeness of other staff members. You also appeared to be making allusions to Hitler with some comments that you were making in your ads.

Now, moving on to the rule breaks.

This is one of the first things you'll see when reviewing our rules, your laws were against the rules, but even if you weren't sure, you should have asked.

General Rules & General Roleplay Rules​

Your expected behaviour is not limited to the rules below. Use common sense: When in doubt if something you are doing might be against the rules, it could very well be. If you have any doubt, contact a staff member.

You may not talk about anything sexual in any realm of the game. Roleplay involving any type of sexual intercourse is strictly forbidden. Rape role-play will be punished severely.

You must act realistically at all times. You may not run around not roleplaying at all. This includes, but is not limited to, running around on the main roads, jumping on and hitting vehicles. Do note that you will be playing a character.

Fail RP​

You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.

Global Rules​

1. Please do not post anything which is inappropriate in a friendly community setting. This includes but is not limited to excessive profanity and sexual/illicit content. Hateful, threatening, provocative or vulgar content is not accepted in this community, nor is any content which infringes on copyright or violates any other applicable law(s).

From these screenshots, we clearly see a pattern that is not likely to improve. I am doubting that the one week was enough to send the correct message. However, I will keep it for now, provided you take the time to go back and review our rules. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last time. Any continuation of this behavior will be met with harsher punishment and an indefinite removal from this community.
