Ban Reason: Racism, Unacceptable behavior
Unban Reason: I am not asking for an unban but I think you should remove the racism part of the ban. I miss spelled and clicked n instead of b when I wanted to say biggest. There is no racist word in the whole dictionary that is spelled "niggest" and n and b are right beside each other on my keyboard. You should keep the unacceptable behavior part of my ban though because I realize it was unacceptable to be saying stuff like that even if it is a joke. I am very ashamed of my actions and I accept my punishment but please dont give me 1 year for something I didnt do which was being racist.

I would like to bring attention to a few things in your statement:

A: "no racist word in the whole dictionary that is spelled 'niggest' "

I 100% agree and I would believe that you are telling the truth.

Now here is where I believe you messed up with your statement

B: " it was unacceptable to be saying stuff like that even if it is a joke"

Based on my training and experience analyzing statements and looking for discrepancies, I believe this was an unconscious mistake where you admitted that you stated the comment as a joke. That being said, there is absolutely not a single reason that any term remotely related to racism should be used. You are free to reply back and tell me that I am wrong; however, this is but a simple suggestion to those reviewing this and is nothing more than my personal opinion on this matter as I will not be the one who is accepting or denying the appeal. Based on the issues we have had in the past, the conversations many of us have had with you, the fact that you have seen various players get in trouble for this, and the fact that you also continued to admit to being "ashamed, I do not believe this appeal should be accepted. At least not in its entirety.

Ole, I have nothing against you personally. I do however believe in keeping things fair, unbiased, and sticking to the truth. Had your post been an true apology I would be writing something different. My issue is based on the fact that everything in your post appears to be a lie and trying to cover up and make excuses for what happened.

No matter what Nex decides to do I hope you genuinely realize that this server will not tolerate anything remotely discriminating, harassing, or threatening to another player. I understand heat of the moment and sometimes we have bad days and make mistakes. I however will not tolerate lies. If this happens again I can promise you whoever the admin or moderator is will not issue a light punishment and there will be no appeal.

I hope to see you on the server sometime and have a good experience with you. One where we can restart, and hopefully, you will have had time to review the rules.

I meant the part where I mentioned child rapists was meant as a joke not the racism part because that was just a simple typing mistake

@Ole I do believe that you accidentally pressed the "n" key instead of the "b" key. Even so the child rape comment is not acceptable, ill be reducing your ban from a year to a month.
