Ban Reason: Leaving during an RP situation
Unban Reason: I was hit by a cop car for no reason (besides the point for this appeal), and i was dead ingame but the restart was going to happen within a few minutes at the time i was playing (1PM my time). SInce i was dead, and the restart was happening very soon, i thought it wouldn't ban me for leaving since the server was shutting down in any case, this was not the case. I was not in an RP situation at the time of the disconnect, and everyone i was communicating with can confirm this (info later in the appeal). It was a stupid mistake on my part to assume such a thing, I understand that with hindsight, but I genuinely just want to play the server, my record is clean besides this.

Time of Occurrence: Just before 1PM UK Time.
Additional members involved/witnessing: I have their discord's, PM me on forums and I can provide them privately, there were 4 witnesses.

I've reviewed the logs regarding this situation. I am willing to lift this ban this once as you didn't affect RP and lost what you would have lost.

Please remember that you will not be banned should the server restart while you're dead. Any faults in this will be promptly confirmed and the ban lifted.

I cannot guarantee the same story if you disconnect before the restart itself.
