I was involved in a situation of one of my friends who got kidnapped we were going to "Pay" the bribe and in the mist of that happening I was in my car and swung around a building because someone pointed a gun at me and accidentally rand over my friend @420혼자Man who just happened to be the hostage. The VDM of the hostage wasn't intentional.

Your life must be in imminent danger in order to use your car as a weapon. I understand you may have wanted to run over the person who pointed a gun at you, but this doesn't mean you use it as a projectile in lieu of a gun when you get away. This ban is not only valid, but it is also extremely fair.

My point of view is that it wasn't intentional cause he'd have no way of knowing what was around the corner cause if he intended to VDM i'd be the last person he'd try to VDM considering the entire RP was around saving me

Did he shoot at you? If not, that's not imminent danger. A threat does not mean imminent danger.

The point is he pointed a gun at me I followed fear rp. then I proceed to accidental vdm and when it happened I got banned before I could call 911!

Lying in an appeal brings the risk of an extended ban. Being forthright is the best way to have an appeal accepted.

I was there and in the discord with you for the entire situation, you were not in immediate danger, so that's that. This appeal has been DENIED.
