What I said, although privately towards a friend of mine in character, was wrong. I was mainly banned for breakage of the rule 1.1 which states to act accordingly and to use common sense if I think that something may be breaking a rule, which I didn't. The reason I said it in the first place was because it was a joke between me and my friend, who I knew would not be offended by it, and didn't expect anyone else to see the chat, which they didn't, but I didn't take admin logs into consideration at all. I am apologetic for what I did albeit not at the time because I did in all honesty believe that he was going over the top and felt like all Aidan wanted to do was satisfy some sort of vendetta he had against me, considering I had around 85k worth of equipment in there and I thought the only reason he really wanted to ban me was so that I'd lose it and get pissed off. I apologise for what I did as it was not out of malicious intent towards anyone, nor did I intend to get myself banned.

This went from an argument to an apology. Yet the 'slanderous' comments are still there, I personally hold no 'hate' towards you nor does @Aidan. That's to clear it up, It's up to Aidan whether he will accept but it's 6 hours which is very short due to the situation.

Apologies for not putting it in the ban reason. But you are extremely lucky you only got a 6 hour ban, if it had not been for Whitewolf it would have at least been a day. I think its time you took a bit of a break especially with less than 4 hours to go.

Without turning this into an argument what I'd really like to know is why you have never penalised anyone for remarks and jokes about 9/11 despite it being far more tragic.

That's not a thing, any ban can be appealed, regardless of length.
