Ban Reason: Massive faildriving / FailRP / lying in ooc To avoid arest/ Ltap
Time of Occurrence: I know it was Wednesday Or Tuesday This week
Relevant Evidence: I dont really have any evidence As I dont know why I am banned for 6 days

So I was A ups driver and I was parking in the supermarket parking lot when the mayor decided to jump infront of me without looking so I ran into him (not my fault). Now I was joking around with the same mayor earlier and I knew his security were all minges and shot anyone who even touched the mayor so I drove away. After a police chase I got away, I did no Fail drive one bit, I only accidently tapped the mayor. After getting away I hid in the ups place for a bit before coming out and getting back in a new ups truck, none of the cops Knew my name. After another minute I would say, about 4 -5 cop cars rammed straight into me, I said I did nothing, then was confronted by a cop who somehow knew who I was and said go ahead and arest him this is the guy. Of course at that moment With all the lag and police cars around me my game crashed. I quickly logged back in and said You didnt know my name why did you try to arest me, then as I went to the police station to avoid this LTAP I was banned for 2 days. Now I know my game crashing is no excuse so I wasn't angry with this ban, I knew I would be able to play on the weekend. So I just see the halloween event and go to log on with my friend to find my ban has been extended to another 4 days when it was 2 and I have been banned for an extra 3 reasons, with no admin sit whatsoever in mind, and by an admin who wasn't even there. I am sorry for my LTAP which I tried to avoid, but I have not done close to massive fail driving, I guess LTAP is failrp, but I never lied in the ooc. I would like to get the extra 4 day ban removed, for I don't see why It was extended for these reasons which never occured.

You did lie OOC when you were approached by the police to detain you. You claimed you were recording and that you had only just spawned. Saying this, clearly out of character, is breaking character and metagaming to avoid RP. It was also a lie, as you were clearly the person we were in a pursuit with. Additionally, you were spotted driving down towards the UPS station where we were patrolling until I finally found you again. This is the point where you lied out of character to get out of the situation. You also spawned a new vehicle during RP (it was definitely not over because we were actively pursuing you), which is against the rules as well.

Regardless of the way we found you, clearly you didn't understand that UPS drivers shouldn't be running from the police in the first place. Same for Taxi drivers and Taco Bell drivers. Throughout the pursuit you were fail driving as you are to follow traffic laws in that position at all times.

Unfortunately you are being made into an example as to why players should never break character on the server unless you're in a sit. When you broke character, I immediately stopped the pursuit to discuss the situation with you out of character. At this point, you immediately drove away and started yet another pursuit. This is not my first run-in with you where you've displayed a blatant disregard for the rules and needed to receive a punishment for it.
