I understand the reason for banning me in a way. I thought he was chasing us so I decided to kill him. Plus you gave me a warning point, for RDM and I recognized my mistake. Then when I tell my friend you decide to ban me.

I have witnessed the whole situation and there was absolutely no need to shoot the officer. He simply gave your friend (who was the driver) a ticket for running a red light. While he was handing out the ticket (typing it down) you abused the situation to gun him down.
