Ban Reason: FailRP and FTVLx2?
Time of Occurrence: 11:30 CST 10/29/17
Relevant Evidence: I don't even know why I am being banned. I tried to help a friend escape from the police and eventually was brought in to the station. I had a mac-11 on me and didn't want to be arrested. While in a cadet un-handcuffed me and i was just running around. Right after this the cop (which was also an admin) moved me with a phys gun and banned me for a week. Take in account that the cadet UN HANDCUFFED me so I could run around.. Also the admin never really explained to me why I was banned so I would just assume this is why. Anyways if its not please tell me why.

Running around in circles while a gun is in your face, picking up cuffed criminals without any RP, yelling "kill me" while being pursued. These are all things you did to us while we were trying to arrest you. You did this for a good 5-10 minutes. I'll let a little FailRP go, but when you do it for as long as you did, there's no reason to continue the RP. You clearly had no intention to play properly.

If you have a gun to your face, if an officer has to resort to breaking your legs for compliance, you should be surrendering. Instead you hope you'll die so you can get away free. That's what FailRP is. If you didn't know that, you shouldn't be on this server. Clearly death isn't a big enough problem for people to where they'll value their lives.

Denied. Appeal in a few days and I'll think about a reduction. For right now, your demeanor in this appeal is of a person who doesn't think they've done anything wrong.
