Relevant Evidence: Me,Cantis,Rex,Jack and Josh were raiding country lot/white house(Sam wasn't online at that time)then after one hour we raided richard 10 (Sam got online and raided with us) but we never raided a 3rd house.

They think we raided Kyle Peters but I think some of them were trying to kidnap him or something and as Kyle Peters was AFK, they demanded him to follow but he never so they killed him.

Mug or kidnap, you killed someone on his own property while he was no danger to you at all. You noticed he was AFK, but still you decided to kill him.
