so i got banned for fearrp,failrp,lying in a sit



what happened was there was a hostage i told the cops i stop tralking into this radio the hostage dies so adam tazes me (failure to value life) he puts me in swat van i hop out maybe 7 times because i thought it was allowed and that you could only do it if the car was unlocked so i kept telling him shoulda locked the car(didnt know at the time it was agianst rules or that he locked the car or i only could from a bug) so i did it
and then walked away started to sing and he said stop i have a gun like 15 times only 2 times in voice range of me i only heard him the 2nd time and stopped literally 2 seconds or less after the first time he said it in range of me because the 2nd time is the only time i heard it so i wasnt walking away knowing he had a gun so i wasnt breaking fear rp (techynecally by 2 seconds i guess i was but i didnt hear the first time but when i did hear i stopped so obviously i didnt intentionally break fear rp because i thought i was following the rules and stopped when i hbeard him) i was then banned for 2 weeks for fearrp(stopped when i heard him 2 secs after the first time)failrp(i understand why i could receive a w3arning point for not knowing as ive read the rules and never saw it being against and ive dont it before nobody ever said it was against so i thought it
was fine and now i understand and wont do it again) lying in a sit( i never once lied if i have to i have proof and video evidence from both sides and the admins even said right before i got kicked they told me theyd edit that and remove it since i didnt i am trying to not get warned because every time someone gets butthurt at me i get in trouble because of my history i dont want to be held to my past actions as i am trying to do better on the server but those points make it difficult but i was going to be banned for 2 weeks for fearrp,failrp which i believe is in no way a reasonable length especially since all i really did wrong was hop out of a cop car a few times which i didnt know was agaiunst rules so a warning point should have done because now i know and wont do it again but none of this would have ever happened if the cop who made the whole sit and got me banned which there name was adam if adam never woulkd have failed to value thye hostages life by tazing me

First off, you were mic spamming by holding your mic down during the hostage situation, as a senior administrator said to you, next time you should do check-ins instead of holding it down. Next, you kept jumping out of a police vehicle 3-6 times when Adam forced you in, you should know that its against the rules to do so. Finally, you started walking away cuffed, Adam came over to you with his gun out telling you to stop moving 5-10 times, which your excuse was that you were singing and that you didn't hear him. That was your fault for not being able to hear him, and its REALLY fishy if you turn around and stop moving right after you see me appear in front of you. Then you say "Oh you have a gun pointed at me?". So, we were sure that you were lying about you not hearing Adam while you were walking away due to a video posted by Adam, which is why you were also banned for lying in a sit.
