first off i was very mature and poliute about everything 1 the car thing wasnt in the rules as ive read them so i was apologizzing and 2 sorry i didnt know i couldnt hold the radio it just seems like something that would happen irl and 3 the lying part sorry but thats bull shit i said he said it only 2 times within talking distance of me and that i had a video you all said you didnt care to see my video which has proof it was only said 2 times within distance and sorry i know it isnt his fault that i was singing but are you guys really gonna be that stingy because i stopped 2 seconds after he first said it in range? and i know the admin thing looks a little fish i guess but idc if i wanna break a rule ill do it infront of an admin too but i dont break the rules as im trying to be better on the server but its kinda hard when admins like all 3 of you just assume im a piece of shit always breaking the rules when infact im trying to change all of that i didnt stop bvecause there was an admin i didnt even see him until i re watched my video i never lied and i thinjk it is stupid i got that on their and im sure i was given warning points for lying and fear rp which i believe is dumb as i shouldnt be warned for either because i didnt do either i am always getting warned or banned for false things because staff on monolith want to rush sits i dont believe its fair admins should be looking at every side and every point of view. i was trying to rp a situation and adam got butthurt he wasn t in range of me the first like 20 times he said stop but in my video he says it 2 times and i heard the second one and stoppedlittterally 2 or less seconds after he first said to stop
what happened was there was a hostage i told the cops i stop tralking into this radio the hostage dies so adam tazes me (failure to value life) he puts me in swat van i hop out maybe 7 times because i thought it was allowed and that you could only do it if the car was unlocked so i kept telling him shoulda locked the car(didnt know at the time it was agianst rules or that he locked the car or i only could from a bug) so i did it
and then walked away started to sing and he said stop i have a gun like 15 times only 2 times in voice range of me i only heard him the 2nd time and stopped literally 2 seconds or less after the first time he said it in range of me because the 2nd time is the only time i heard it so i wasnt walking away knowing he had a gun so i wasnt breaking fear rp (techynecally by 2 seconds i guess i was but i didnt hear the first time but when i did hear i stopped so obviously i didnt intentionally break fear rp because i thought i was following the rules and stopped when i hbeard him) i was then banned for 2 weeks for fearrp(stopped when i heard him 2 secs after the first time)failrp(i understand why i could receive a w3arning point for not knowing as ive read the rules and never saw it being against and ive dont it before nobody ever said it was against so i thought it
was fine and now i understand and wont do it again) lying in a sit( i never once lied if i have to i have proof and video evidence from both sides and the admins even said right before i got kicked they told me theyd edit that and remove it since i didnt i am trying to not get warned because every time someone gets butthurt at me i get in trouble because of my history i dont want to be held to my past actions as i am trying to do better on the server but those points make it difficult but i was going to be banned for 2 weeks for fearrp,failrp which i believe is in no way a reasonable length especially since all i really did wrong was hop out of a cop car a few times which i didnt know was agaiunst rules so a warning point should have done because now i know and wont do it again but none of this would have ever happened if the cop who made the whole sit and got me banned which there name was adam if adam never woulkd have failed to value thye hostages life by tazing me
(which is why the hostage was killed)
