I have tried getting in contact with exotic_apples on steam, since i can't even find him on the forums, and after denying my request, he blocked me, I am clarifying that I did not get a story from him, and there was a reason behind it. However, in this specific case, I don't think his story would've helped much.

The FearRP was blatant, and after talking to the victim, I have decided to ban exotic_apples for 1 day,
