As I have enough evidence to get him banned if he fails to respond to this for "meta-gaming".

The shooting was warranted.  The hostage was being extremely disrespectful and not answering questions fully, leading me to believe that he was lying. I understand that nobody is happy to be kidnapped, but if you don't want to be killed, play the part.

With all do respect, you failed to mention the disrespect. Put yourself in my shoes, you kidnap someone for questioning as the leader of a Mafia, and your hostage is giving extreme disrespect despite having a gun up his ass. I was simply role playing, of all people I would assume you would understand, WhiteWolf.

16.  You may only kill a hostage if the are threatening to kill/snitch on you or if you roleplay the kidnapping very well.

Unfortunately, that's not a valid reason. @(T.F.C) CherokeeSpiritBear did not do the following:

• Threaten to kill you
  
• Threaten to snitch on you
  

He did:

• Disrespect you
  
  However, this was not done on a basis where he threatened to kill/snitch on you.

Read them carefully, I'm not asking you to staple a poster on your wall of the rules and read a good night lullaby of them. But I do ask you to read them, and read them whenever you don't understand a rule. You can always ask one of the staff members who will be more than happy to assist you.
