Ban Reason: ERP and player diss
Unban Reason: So it was late at night and I walked up to ghost in character and asked if he could take my sit about a vdm that happened a little ago and in that time some guy jumped on my head and I was telling him over and over to get off. And in one of my sentences I said "get off my head before I gurgle on your nuts." with some other shit talking involved since I just do that for fun. The ERP part I sorta get since I do have a decent past with ERP bans and warnings, but I'm not sure how I was player dissing. Like it's a video game to enjoy and just fuck around in and that's what I do, it's not real life so why is it so serious if I do a little shit talking from time to time. and I'm not sure why ERP is suck a big deal I get it if your roleplaying and having full on internet sex with someone but if it's just a metaphor and I'm not trying to actually seduce him I don't count it as ERP. But I don't make the rules so I guess in staffs eyes I broke a rule

Hello, @Weedle You were banned as while in the L1 Bank I witnessed you being very aggressive towards another player. It started out as light trash-talking but then turned into flat out diss towards each other during the argument you stated "Shut yo bitchass up before I put my balls in your mouth" as well as "Ima put your balls on your dumbass face" and you kept on arguing with him for about a min and a half getting more and more aggressive as the conversation persisted. You also called the player a "snitch" and said "you're a little bitch for snitching to PMX about the exploit" (this was about midway through the argument) The player stated it wasn't him to which afterward you made another statement saying for him to "Suck your dick". I Get your intention was to insult him however saying such things in such quantity is considered ERP as sexual content is forbidden, Originally I was going to talk to you about it, however, when you started calling the player a snitch for telling PMX about an exploit at that point you're speaking out of character and you becoming more aggressive towards him after saying this out of character at that point it becomes player diss as you are not longer dissing someone IC but instead dissing them as a player OOC and given your history of ERP/ sexual comments I went forward with punishment that and to keep you from getting out of hand and dissing him further. I hope this helps you understand why you were given such punishment its fine to talk a little trash as long as it's IC but you went a little too far and took it OOC as well.
