Basically here is how it went down. I had a bit of a grudge on Alex Herrera because he preformed this action where he would shoot me as soon as a medic revived me with a defibrillator in a sense "Spawn Killing" me. He did this multiple times until he had enough and put me in the deceased condition. Around 30 Minutes Later I find Alex mining so I take out my gun and tell him to put his hands up, he complies and I ziptied him.I searched his inventory and I found a makarov, I then instructed him to drop the gun. I attempt to take the zipties off however since they are glitched I had to call a mod who was the only mod on the server at the time Mighty Meerkat. He helps out and takes off the zipties but then I hear a "Drop your weapon to my right side." Since I already had my makarov at the time I engage in a short firefight with a police sergeant using Alex's body as cover. Alex dies due to the sergeant hitting him multiple times and I kill the sergeant before getting killed by an unknown assailant. In my critical screen I hear multiple people talking and I think nothing of it until I respawn. When I respawn I remembered that my car was already spawned on the bridge far from the ravine. I then proceed to go to my car and as I walk up to my car Alex comes out of nowhere and starts berating me for "Breaking NLR" even though I was simply going to my car. I go into my car and pull out and Alex decides to run into the middle of the road while I am pulling out of the bridgeway and I run him over. He then proceeds to type into OOC that I VDMed him. I thought nothing of it and went a clear 60 mph down a straight roadway until I try to stop but I accidentally hit a car. The owner of the car was very angry and pulled out his pistol ordering me to get out of my car. I try to explain to him that it was an accident before he starts firing at the car blowing it up. I then noticed that he was on the opposite side of the car as me so I take the oppurtunity to exit the car with my gun drawn crouching behind the car so he could not retain line of sight with me and his gun. He attempts to run around the corner meeting line of sight again until I empty the last 2 rounds of my makarov into his torso. It is then he realizes that I was a friend because he could not recognize me earlier. This is when I get physgunned up to a rooftop and Mighty Meerkat explained what he saw and believed. I believe that Meerkat was going off of what He wanted to see rather than what he actually saw. He says I broke NLR even though I was far away from the place where I died recently and he says I broke fear rp even though I chose a precise moment to exit my car to the moment the guy that had his gun pointed at me broke line of sight. Im sorry this is such a scrunched up paragraph there was just a lot to explain.
