Relevant Evidence: No evidence but some background info i was breaking someone out of cuffs and running from the cops, i get caught and was fully complying get put in jail for 5 minutes and at this time its around 3 am Pacific Standard time and im fucking tired so i log off for the night, I did not log off to try to get out of jail like i said i was just tired as shit.

You are not allowed to disconnect to avoid being arrested.
From what i have been told by the arresting officer you did comply so I don't fully understand why you logged off before you got arrested and not after?
