Unban Reason: I was going to get arrested for selling class 3's to a detective which would've been fine, but they started asking for the money back even though they deleted my guns? There was no staff online so i just left cause im not going to give the money back.

Hello @Bonker,

I issued the ban because you disconnected during a Police situation; you avoided Role-Play & your Arrest by doing so.
After I reviewed the situation, there were no rule breaks by the Police Department. The weapons were confiscated/Deleted; And yes, they did request the money back, but that is not unreasonable as you gain that money by committing a crime.

However, no rule states that you have to give the money back in this situation. The only rule that states you have to give back money to the Police is [4.1.1.8]. However, this only applies during a hostage/kidnapping situation or robbery.
So in this situation, the money you gained would not be taken by staff. However, Police can still request you drop the money due to it being used in a crime. But by no means do you have to give it to the Police in this situation under any rule.

I see no reason for reducing/removing this ban.
While you're banned, I suggest that you look at the rules before getting your back after the ban expires.
