I'm going to cut to the chase on this one as i was banned with my 5 brothers in blue for breaking NLR i will explain how it was just a misunderstanding and just a bad day for the pd.
I was at the PD when other officers and swat came in with one of the bank robbers. I hadn't heard anything about the rest and saw that there was no emergency state so I went out on patrol. I was driving past the FD when I heard the call over the radio from a cadet saying that someone was running from him. I was right there and i saw the man running towards outskirts shell. I saw he had a gun and moved my car into a defensive position and called over the radio that he had a gun. "After this the cadet says over the radio hes and bank robber and BOOM goes the dynamite all of the officers who respond to me and the cadet needing help (some still unaware of him being a bank robber) get put in the admin sit. I feel it was just a communication error with all of the police department. I understand that we dont have video evidence but i mean most of us made appeals. I appreciate you taking the appeal and hope you can understand where we are coming from.
