Unban Reason: So this situation was completely ridiculous in my opinion since the officer was trying to arrest me for open carrying when i had a holster on and he was harassing us which i got annoyed of i wanted to talk to him when tried to cuff me but i didn't want to be in cuffs so i pulled my gun which was dumb and i shouldn't have done but there wasn't a reason for the officer to check me like 2 minutes before that i gave him my license and he checked i had a gun license and he let me go also i would like to add that i died in the sit and the cop was also killed then he broke NLR and put a warrant on me and had me arrested for 30 minutes even though i died in the situation where i tried to kill a cop.

The reason as to why the officer was arresting you doesn't matter. If you thought he was unfairly arresting you, you should talk to the sheriff and then if the sheriff doesnt respond/doesnt come up with a decision you like, you can contact a staff member. Furthermore, if he broke the rules, you should have reported it immediately. However, as long as he is pointing a gun at you, you are automatically under fearRP as seen in the video. You decided to keep moving and not obey his demands (put your hands up) more than once.

This happened more than once today. Denied.
