Hello um I was pullsed to court and I had a frozen screen so I had to reload the game but got banned for it?????

You left the game whilst being prosecuted to the fullest extent in the Paralake Law by me, the mayor. The console banned you since you were restrained and left the game. Not only can you not appeal console bans ( unless its anti-exploit ) but you did not use the correct format either so I am going to go ahead and deny this appeal.
