Why should we remove your punishment?: Because the "first raid" they were talking about was with friends and not a real raid, it was out of rp and with friends. We did that because no one was around to be involved in it and wanted to have some fun.

This involves me also. Multiple people were banned for breaking multiple raid timers on multiple occasions involving multiple staff members and players on the server.

then post the proof because I was told you have it, "You were banned because there's a clip showing you and the 2 others who were banned raiding penthouse and then immediately raiding another player, which ontop of that you joined mid-way through which is failrp. Since there was clear video evidence, a sit wasn't necessary. If you believe the ban is unfair, you can appeal on the forums." - Jimmy Falcone

Whilst I can't speak for Jimmy, we did have a conversation about what should be done about this because this has been happening involving multiple admins and players

When I logged on, I saw you & a few others who were banned by Leon raiding penthouse. Roughly 15 minutes later, I saw your group raiding another player at Sater #2, and you joined mid-raid. I spoke with Leon, and he informed me that your group had been doing this earlier as well. Based on that, I was instructed to issue a ban.
To clarify: What I personally witnessed was two raids back to back and you joining a raid partway through, which is failrp. That's why I issued the ban.

first of all joining a raid "partway through" is not fail rp. and second of all only reason you saw our out of rp was because you guys were watching for any reason to ban while invisible. if you did any checking we were all on the same freq and actively telling each other to pull up on our own friends. I have proof of that if needed. btw wording "being instructed" like you talked to a higher up, you just talked to the reporting trial moderator. being instructed to do something by the reporter is just suspicous. also not to mention the reporter also banned people too.

seems like joining mid raid is actually not allowed now (did not know that until this incident), my ban is for breaking raid timer. So that is not the issue at hand.
