Ban Reason:Cant really remember but i can remember is a freakin stupid reason
Relevant Evidence:
No 1. does warning points get reset after a players serves a ban. Coz after the last time Hoaks 96 banned me, i dont rememeber getting into any admin sit again so hwo the hell did i chalk up 8 points?? (as what nicknmb mentioned to me)
That bring me to point no2. Nick i dont knw if you are aware/ but banning players without saying anytthign and especially when the player still has something to his defense is freakin rude. Imagine if you were on the receiving end of that how would u feel. Now i wanna say thjat the sit that i got into with Chris brown is debatable. Reason being he had a gun at me, yes, but it wasnt at point blanc distance., and plus there is a freaking pine tree standing in between us and i believe that i still stand a chance of getting away or even killing him so i dont feel like its failed RP//// ask that chris brown guy for video coz i didnt do recording. but i feel that before banning someone the least u could do is to get evidence from the prosecuting party before making a decision. And not just ban someone juz so u can get shit over and done with so that //

You have had many warnings for breaking fearRP in the past and blatantly said that you thought the rule was stupid and thats why you broke it clearly you haven't learned your lessons from your previous bans, Im being rather lenient with this time as you had QUITE a few warnings for the same thing.

Not to mention - you seem to be lying in this appeal as you said clearly in the sit that when you were un zip tied to drop the weapon and money or what every you had on you, you had pulled your weapon and shot the person pointing a gun in your face. As you clearly have no respect for the rules or the decency to own up to your faults you are here by.
