Unban Reason:/ well I have been banned for quite some time it says threats to players but i did not threat any player direcly it was in a sit with me and austin only. i had just gotten my punishment and i was mad and a little salty and i said i wish i could kill that guy i would stab him, he wasent in the sit with us so i never said it to him direcly however it was stupid and immature and am sorry and i regret it i did not mean it at all i and am sorry austin would never say such things again> would really like to join the server again and have a good time and meet some old friends i hope we can get pass this i will be a good boy i swear and if am not a good boy send me to hell

Time of Occurrence:i dont really know how to see the exact date but i think the ban was 1year so around 7/8 months ago

You were banned for a valid reason, just because you didn't say it directly to a player doesn't mean you weren't threatening them.

Just to give out a little clarification, you weren't banned for just this occasion, you had previous unacceptable behaviors and anger issues which led to this current ban. You also joined the server on an alternate account to avoid your current ban saying how horrible the server was. How do i know you're serious? If anything I will need a more sincere apology from you.

i know i was banned for a valid resson all am trying to say is i dident mean it all i was just heated in that moment and i souldent have sorry. like you said i have anger issues and it got the best of me am really sorry about that
i was just in a bad period of time not that its relevant but just saying and the alt i honestly just wanted to play again to see the new rockford updates and my friends and how the server was doing not to greif or anything but it turned toxic and am truly sorry about that i wouldnt do any of it again i i would take it back if i could i swear about that.i sould have made an appeal earlier insted but am not really good at typing so i dident and i regret it sorry

in overall am really sorry about all this just wanna play and have good times with the rest of the Community sorry again for my bad spelling

and sorry to austin i did call you some mean words when you were about to ban me and you dident even punish me for it wish make me more shamed and am so sorry

@silly0billy I just saw this as you had messaged me. For some reason the ping on this did not work.

Please listen to what @Thegamingshain had said and post an apology to those involved (AKA the community) here.

In reply to your private message, again my apologies for a delay in a response; however, I think we would need to see a little more effort put into an apology if you would like to come back. Even then, you need to have a solid understanding that IF the ban happens to be lifted in the future, especially in an appeal, you are saying that you have changed.

If for any reason you violate rules similar to you had prior to this ban, not only would you need to expect the ban to come back at the original length of time of one year, but you could expect EVEN HARSHER PUNISHMENTS.

So with that in mind please do understand that while this community is forgiving and that it will appeal bans there is an issue when we are continuing to deal with the same players. That being said, again know this: there will not be much leniency with rule breaks in the future.

Here are the conditions I have:

1. A heartfelt message to the community here regarding the apology for harassing, mingeing, and threatening other players.
2. An statement regarding your understanding of the rules.
3. An statement that you understand if this were to be accepted your actions will be under a microscope and if you go back to your old ways a longer ban will be instated.
4. Explanation of what has "changed" because looking at the original post here it does not appear anything had. It seemed you wanted to be unbanned and that was all.

If you continue the appeal process and are unbanned, you will be subject to much harsher punishments in the future and the ban may be reinstated at the original length of 1 year.​

First off i want to say how much i appreciate you guys giving me this chance to apologize as you didn't have too. Secondly I want to apologize to @Austin Hunter for disrespecting and harassing you as we were in the our sit and also Emporor which was the guy i threteand.I reliase how dumb it was,and understand how serious it actually is and really hope you can forgive me.


I understand the rules but still broke them which I'm beyond sorry about.I also understand that if I am getting unbanned that I would get a longer ban and that I will be on close watch which I'm supposed to be.

i was being bad on and for the server and am so sorry. I've had some time to think about my actions and reliase how stupid and immature my behaviour was on the server.I would really like to change my ways and start over.
