Unblacklist Reason: In the middle of town hall parking lot, is a man with a fully auto gun killing cops by the second, as well as putting everyone that was in town hall in danger. I killed the shooter when the cops could not. I protected everyone around town hall by stopping the armed man and ending the situation. This is why I wouldn't consider this RDM. I was just stopping a shooter from an attack while he used civilians in town hall as cover. If this was a real life situation, would you do nothing about it? When a shooter that is putting civilians in danger, someone from the crowd is going to have to stop it. All the police were either dead, or responding to the call. He put myself, as well as everyone else at town hall in danger. I was acting in self defense for everyone.
