Blacklist Reason: hiding/barricading myself for defense purposes against cops in the casino.
Unblacklist Reason: To explain the situation, I did a bank raid with a few friends. We all made it out besides Deshawn, who died mid raid. We left through the front entrance with no cop in sight. Besides a cop, we pass by pd crosswalk, who was using his second life on the bank raid. He calls out our vehicle on pd radio using prior knowledge from his past life. We drop off the bags at the drop off location when a cop @Tyler Park starts chasing us without his lights on. He assumes we are the bank robbers and starts shooting us, which isn't allowed. We lose them and go help Deshawn because he gets shot at by @Tyler Park for no reason. This eventually led us to go to the mechanic to repair our cars when we get shot at by cops and pinned down in the casino parking lot. During the shootout, we lose half our crew, including Waffle in the casino parking lot. Deshawn and I are then forced into the casino because we were getting pushed by all sides. Hockey pauses the shootout and puts us in a sit for bunkering down in the casino. Deshawn, Waffle, and I try to explain that the situation wouldn't have happened in the first place if we didn't get falsely code reded by cops. He explains that he already gave us a verbal warning for bunkering down at casino in a previous bank raid. The sit ends with Deshawn, Waffle, and I getting gun blacklists. I apologize for bunkering down at the casino even after you gave us a warning not to do so. Just due to the situation I felt like we were forced into bunkering down in the casino. The only other option we had is to let the cops push us essentially suiciding. My intention wasn't to break the rules but to prolong the shootout and make it more fun for both the cops and us. Even the cops in the sit said that we were forced into the casino and that we practically couldn't do anything to avoid them.

I lived during the whole situation I was informed a car that was headed to layer 2 that I firmly remember being at the bank. I wen't up to layer 2 seeing that car i had my lights on drove towards the car and saw all 3-4 of you in the car matching the description of all the bank robbers and in the exact car. I shot deshawn as i remember seeing him in the bank raid but when i was informed he died I stopped shooting him. It wasent false code red because I remembered your voices + The car + Outfits + What you look like, My lights were most certantly on and if it was false code red why flee ?. But You got 5 days for leading the shootout to casino which i think is a bit much due to the fact you really had no where else to go and I do agree the cops bassicly had forced you to push in to value your life.

I was trying to get you guys to understand that even though you felt like you were pushed into casino that there were other way the gunfight still could of happened without it ending up in casino again. The if the cops did a good job at trapping you then maybe next time you surrender. You guys as a group kept making excuses on why the gunfight had to lead to casino which made me believe that you weren't genuinely understanding my point I was trying to get across. If you can reply to this thread convincing me that you genuinely understand why the punishment was given and why you cant have a gunfight in casino I will consider lowering/removing your blacklist

I fully understand now that the situation could've and should've gone a different way. I also see now that what I did was wrong, and it won't happen again. I did a reread over the rules and will make sure that situations like this won't happen ever again. I think I said enough already with my two-paragraph appeal and I hope you can give me a second chance. Thank you for everything and have a great rest of your night,

Next time you are on contact a staff member and your blacklist will be removed. If i see you continue to start shootouts in casino i will not be as forgiving.
