You and your friend yesterday where not being honest in the sit, joking and laughing and also didn’t have the same story, you said you guys were not in the same car and your friend said “what are you talking about yes we where” and he told me you guys were in the same car multiple times, you cuffed him and your friend kept tazing him while cuffed you guys then left together and left him cuffed, came back and ran him over while he was still cuffed, neither your or your friends story lined up correctly.
