Unblacklist Reason: I think the whole situation was misunderstood, and because the person I was in a sit with had more experience on the server, he was able to shout and waffle things that were irrelevant in my opinion.
Effectively, I was partaking in a raid, (Where the stairs are in the allyway next to the gas station) where there was a person next to me trying to help out with his friend not lose his valuable weapon (a sniper). His friend was utisiling his physics gun to drop the sniper, so the guy I killed and his friend rushed to get the sniper. I told the guy to stop, they both proceeded to laugh and run towards their get-away car; so I start chasing them and when I knew that the decision was to either shoot him down, or let him run, I start to shoot. Bare in mind, I only shot twice with an M1911, so my intentions weren't to fully kill him as I pulled the trigger. He was at least 5 meters away. I then ran to him to check if he had anything, I apologised and told the medic nearby to try and save him. His friend rushes someplace else, and returns a couple of minutes later to gun me down.
Personally, I don't think I did anything wrong in this case; and out of of character, these guys were failrping by putting a sniper rifle in the air where no one was able to get obtain it, only to drop it down when the guy (the guy I killed) told him to. As someone raiding, I thought him running away with a valuable weapon within the rad was a threat to the success of the raid, so yes, I did shoot at him as he tried to flee with the weapon (Which his friend took instead).
In the admin sit, I felt like I wasn't able to get my whole story through, as the Admin literally said "You can't kill someone for using his radio frequency during a raid", and that was not my reason at all. The guy is either involved in the raid or not, and clearly he is; because he's helping the victim of the raid take his stuff to safety. Otherwise, he should've left as he was instructed by most people involved in the raid (There were shots coming down from the stairs towards their direction; yet they chose to say and try to save their friends sniper rifle.)
Essentially, what I'm trying to say; I don't believe it's RDM. as they were clearly involved in the raid, it just doesn't look as bad when they're standing under a balcony getting passed items by a physics gun--Opposed to being literally outside the door of the raid, but it's the same concept, they're a threat to the raid and have been asked to leave plenty of times. In addition, the person that accused me/got me blacklisted lied during the sit most of the time, and basically didn't let me get my whole pov through. He kept on repeating "Check the logs I didn't take any weapon!", without acknowledging the fact that he knew he had been told to leave, he knew he was there to rescue items from the raid, and he knew he started running away with his friend that rescued the sniper from the raid.
