What happened: I bought a bodygroup and the lights don't work and now I want to change it since all bodygroups cost 2,000

The only evidence I would need to show you is this one:
My car had the default bodygroup before, which is worth 2,000 too for some reason.... well and I want 2,000 because I bought the bodygroup on the picture. I found a matching front bodygroup and I want to change it to it and see if the indicators works, hopefully an admin can watch me while I do this, otherwise I need to make another thread again.
