Reason for Report: Let me just start off by saying, I have known Bottled man for quite a while. He is still a trial mod take that into consideration.
I was in a sit when my friend had to log off and bottled man said that was OK but he would maybe still get punished, So he logged out and I told Him to wait to punish my friend because I had Evidence to prove the reporter wrong. But in the clip you can see I typed to him wait, and at this point sit had been going on for 30+ minutes, and he didn't even listen to any of us (the people getting reported) He only listed to "Thy Shaw" and watched his videos. And We weren't allowed to watch them too so we could give Bottled man good understanding of what was going on in the and that all of it wasn't just RDM and so on. He favorized Thy Shaw in the sit. And its just annoys me so much that this "Mod" Bottled Man doesn't even know the rules of the server, I have had to tell him the rules whilst he is a Mod and Its crazy that you guys even recruit this guy without asking him if he knows the basic rules of the Monolith RP server. And he just jumps to conclusion all the time, He just takes the person side he likes the most in a sit and punishes the other player without even letting the reported party have a chance to give their side of the story. Tell him to read the rules before becoming mod OMG.
Bottled man also never allowed me to see the videos that Thy Shaw showed of my friend "Breaking the rules" after I told him I would have evidence against it, but he just jumped to conclusion and said the video is enough and I will just ban him. One time in the sit he also just laughed at my friend and said "hahaha This guy is definitely getting a long ban lol" whilst I was telling him to listen to me but he wouldn't and just kept ignoring me. Also in the video you can see I type in the chat wait to punish him I have evidence against Thy Shaw's claims, but ofc Bottled man is the best mod so he doesn't care, how great.

In this Clip You can see that I threatened Thy Shaw By saying "If you say that one more time you'll see what happens" And that is a death threat which gives KOS. But when I reported it to the admins @Bottled Man Just said "I don't know about this rule so I am just going to Punish" "Thy Shaw" For "RDM". This is another point where Bottled man doesn't know the rules and just jumps to conclusions.

I showed proof of your friend breaking a bunch of rules, he only got a 3 day ban which is super lenient. U having proof of me breaking rules, doesnt mean that what kash did isnt punishable. Also i got punished for me killing u with the machete i got a warning, he punished me in front of u at the start of the sit.

All righty so what had happened is his friend that I had banned @Kash ash had been banned for a just reason. At the time when the sit was going on I did not allow hyper in because I had wanted to see the footage raw while examining the clips there where multiple instances of toxicity on @Kash ash part. one piece of evidence from another sit

after this and many other clips had shown up and after he had jumped off of the roof I had been able to determine that because of the toxicity and obvious rdm clips I had banned your friend.

I have all the clips saved still, im not willing to post it cus its an hour + of unedited footage, id be fine to show it over discord to any staff member though. Also i specifically asked to only show the clips to just bottle man because it wasnt a small edited clip, it was an hour plus of footage that had footage of other stuff on my PC, not just gmod.

You still never let me even come close to the "clips" Thy Shaw had, so that I could tell our side of the story. You just went straight for the ban which is very unprofessional of you, and favoritism towards Thy Shaw. And @Kash ash never jumped off the roof he spawned his car and I accidentally pushed it off with him inside, and you would of known that if you weren't afk for upwards of an hour in the sit... And what do you mean by " I had banned @Kash ash had been banned for a just reason" this makes no sense. And what do you mean you did not let me in to see the footage "Raw"??? this is a gain favoritism towards Thy Shaw and only being on his side of the sit and us not even being able to take part in it before you just hand out the Punishments.

Once again, i asked bottle to only show him the video, because it was an hour plus of unedited footage, that had other stuff recorded on my computer that wasnt gmod.

Bruh you are even saying it yourself you wanted to see the clips without my input on the story, and never said anything and just gave out punishments... Sounds like favoritism to me. And overall just a bad staff member, get your stuff straight bro you are saying different things left and right. I don't get why you even have staff, there are so many rules you don't know of and your input just makes the server worse tbh - from my perspective.

First clip, I had KOS on you after you spawn camped me in hospital, tried to rdm me and then blew up my car, staff can check logs for this.

Second clip, I got punished for when hyper reported me, I showed this clip from my POV in the sit to bottle man.

Third clip, you came over ran over a cop and were code red, on my side ur hands weren’t up.

TLDR: first clip is valid, second clip I got punished for when I showed bottle man it, third clip on my side ur hands didn’t go up until I had already shot.

This is just a lie lmfao, a few times you got called code red, most the time u came up to, tried to kill me randomly then failed, which made you cod red. This wasnt a blatant RDM tho, he ran up with his gun out looking at me, it was on safety which is why i didnt have KOS. Tho its pretty ironic that you are tryna call me out for RDM in this clip, the reason i was in hospital in the first place is cus kash rdmed me, I have the clip for this and will show it to whatever staff handles this. Also in this same clip kash breaks rules by pointing a gun at two ppl and trying to get them to job abuse to heal him.
