I can confirm everything above except the attachment on the UMP. The raid was a mess, as the raiders pushed onto the roof which resulted in a bunch other people getting involved (counter-raiders and PD). Since many raiders left, I couldn't get their side or sufficient evidence against them, therefore the raid(s) were voided.
