Your Character Name: Jimmy Longfellow
Target Steam Name: (I didn't catch it)
Target SteamID: STEAM_0:1:176960616
Target Character Name (if known): (I think) Tiger
Request reason: I was in an apartment building where the doors had been left open for some time. I do not believe anyone owned the place when I entered. I equipped my sniper to check how the attachments worked. I heard some doors open and close downstairs, but assumed it was just someone who lived there.
I had my gun out, but two people entered the room. I pointed my gun at them and started to speak.
"Um..." I started to say, but one of them (the accused) run away from the line of my gun, pulled out a DEagle, and discharged until I died.
I was about to ask them to put their hands up, as they were both unarmed, hence why I did not immediately shoot them - but they took this opportunity to break the rules to steal my gun. (I also lost the L kevlar I was wearing, and my weekly train pass.)
This is a double violation of the rules. Firstly, in that he drew his weapon despite having one pointed at him, secondly that he chose to attack me without first establishing what I was there to do.
I called a report describing the situation, in which he agreed that I did have a weapon out, but claimed I was pointing at the floor. It's possible this was a graphical glitch, but considering his every effort to derail the sit, I believe this to be a lie.
Although he repeatedly re-iterated that I had my weapon out, and they he drew his, no action was taken, neither punishment or even to return my weapon. During the sit he repeatedly equipped and unequipped my gun, a M14 with several attachments, and at one point had us closely examine my blood splatters to try to prove his innocence.
I wasn't interested in punishing the person, I wanted to end the sit quickly and get my weapon back. They were rude and frequently interrupted me (possibly lag) and cursed frequently at me.
I believe they wanted to push the report onto the forums to avoid getting properly punished, and refused to return my weapon, stating that they needed me to "report it on the forums to see if you are serious".
When did the situation occur?: 2:01 am UST (29 mins before this post)
Your evidence to support your claim: He claims to have been recording for a significant amount of time before and during the situation, but refused to provide it.
Additional members involved/witnessing: @Gamz responded to the initial report, but decided he could not compel the accused to return the weapon or provide evidence.
