NOTE: This is only a list of the PD members who were within seeing distance. There were many cops/SWAT at the apartments because of their deliberate, and coordinated attack against our gang which further proves the targeting claim.

Request Reason: Targeting | The entire (Monolyft) Police Department purposefully targeted their non-allies with a false raid as well as many false arrests. Many of the false arrests were voided via admin involvement.

Can you post the video of this none existent raid that you claim we raided? We investigated penthouse because of reports, and then I told some officers to give out some parking tickets due too MULTIPLE Illegally parked cars. And where are these false arrests? Please tell me? This is just a he said she said, with zero evidence!

This is correct. I do see vehicles pointing both directions which means at least some of them are illegally parked, as vehicles need to be following the flow of traffic and cannot cross the double yellow to park.

No one was ever arrested nor raided while I was on Chief... It's your report I wouldn't start lying in it..

Prior to the video start: We each received multiple tickets for illegal parking, some just and some unjust.
3:52 - Most cars as you can see are parked correctly, mine isn't I admit.
4:05 - False code redding of vehicles.
Around 4:35 - In Guiseppe's video, you can see Vincent be falsely tased and cuffed then released shortly thereafter.
7:09 - I was planning on going onto Lt to accept appeals due to some being false, do what you wish I admit it, the main reason I went on was to see if I could find a reason, there are other rule breaks in this video which we can discuss at a later date, but was reprimanded for already just not punished
8:24 - Admission of following us to our next property for no clear reason, (see next)
8:35 - They arrested members of our org out on the street earlier in the video, the reason provided is drugs, we only had Class-3 firearms in this building, in which they had no knowledge of, a complete lie on the part of the officers just to get the other officers to follow us and arrest taze people on the street.
9:15 - Following us to the mansion
9:55 - Admitted the reason they thought it was drugs was due to "we were taking damage in pent," metagame
10:05 - Alerts other officers that we started renting
10:12 - Detectives already sent without reason to try to find evidence for a raid, even though we clearly did not do anything and the reason they are sent is due to unrelated org issues.
10:18 - "Let's take up all the parking spaces" -Kyle Vanhorn Clearly just trying to instigate a problem with our org, even on police. Don't want him punished he served in the military and he usually doesn't act this way.

10:54 - "You gotta win somehow" in reference to 10:24, I still think he is joking but I don't know.

In the video, you can hear members of my org verbally upset due to the actions that happened earlier today.

Not too familiar with all the rules, but if some of this isn't player targeting then I do not know what is.

Edit: The last few minutes of this video are a waste to watch, the situation ends at around 11.

In this player report there was no player targeting or anything of that nature, their claims of targeting are extremely overblown, with many MonoLyft members besides maybe 2 or 3 not knowing who they were before that day.

For myself, I only went over to the penthouse because the Assistant Chief (no relation to MonoLyft) at the time called us over to see what was happening and if there was anything illegal at the penthouse. This was due to claims of a dead body as one of our detectives got killed in the area (I'm pretty sure, but not 100%). The only things I did while there was ticket one vehicle for being illegally parked and then about ten or fifteen minutes after everyone cleared out and left, I ticketed a lone car in the area for being illegally parked. Both tickets being $550 each.

The only possible rulebreak that happened at the time was handled by thegamingshain in which another officer (I forget who it was) falsely handcuffed and attempted to arrest a person, in which gamingshain told him not to. After all of that, I'm pretty sure everyone cleared the area and continued their RP separate from each other. I don't really know anything about these claims of player targeting as I have only spoken to two or three of these members of their org yesterday for a few minutes at most. One time arresting a member of their organization for a double murder and the other time talking to the leader after he messaged me for a meeting.

That video just shows rulebreaks on your end, I haven't even watched more then the first one so far and it shows up Third Person abusing the railing.

Hello,

We were on cop doing duties, and came across a 30 man base where half your people were parked illigally. We gave the illigally parked vehicles tickets which is allowed. I went up the elevator alone, to check if everything was fine (Note: We were not trying to initiate a raid, nor did we raid y'all). But to my suprise there was a dead body on your property. I don't really have much else to mention other than we have never targetted you, nor do we know your people. We have 0 thoughts of targetting you or your group.

Also, idk if you noticed but you uploaded a video of you guys metagaming.

That's all I had to say.

So lets clear up what interactions are being considered here. There are at least a few valid tickets (for backwards cars), were there any invalid tickets? And if so could it be pointed out which car it was and who received or issued it? There was a false arrest (which according to both parties has been handled and according to one party was not one of them). There is a questionable looking code red (can anyone explain that? Is it tied to the false arrest or something else?), and the following to the new location. Did I miss anything important?

The tickets are fine I don't see a problem with them (not that I received one). It's the targeting which as seen in Johnny Roast Beefs appeal was to be reported if we were fustrated/concerned with what was occurring. I also find it concerning that one of the PD members admitted to using ESP to identify our members in Lola's mansion. When asked if it was a joke he held no defense. They then progress to target us where we migrated to next which did happen to be Lola's mansion.

@Alphadef Yes, the times you can hear me twice are when I speak in-game. I have a very fucked up microphone that has trouble picking up my voice. So in the GMod console I use the command voice_loopback 1 that replays my voice to me so I know when I am heard in-game and when I cut out. GeForce experience records the game audio in GMod, which includes the playback in-game, and it records the initial speaking into my mic.

Also, this is one incident, one of the few I recorded because I didn't think I would need it. Throughout the server members of this group disrespect members of my group for no reason, only the basis being they are in my org, which by your logic they should not know because it is metagame. We are trying to bring light to a consistent issue of this group's toxicity in voice and OOC with no clear reason. The worst they have received is 1 hour OOC blacklists in which they just do it again right after. If I broke any rules in this like they said please let me know.
