bugged inventory

A description of your technical issue: the issue is my items in inventory and bank are covered with missing textures
Has it happened before?:no ever since the server went down and came back up
Extraneous details/description:so when I go to my bank or inventory the items are missing texture but ive reinstalled the content pack restarted gmod and im still having this issue so im wondering if anyone knows how to fix it

This is a very clear texture issue.
Have you tried unsubscribing from *ALL* workshop addons, then deleting all of your addons in the Garry's Mod folder and resubscribing too our content pack, restarting the game, and letting all of our addons install?
Do you have CS:S installed and mounted?
Do you have "download all files from server" checkmarked in the options of Garry's Mod>Multiplayer?

1.go to Garry’s mod files
2.factory reset gmod
3.then mount CS:S and redownload the works shop addon pack
4.Restart your game
Then it should be fixed
