Request Reason: Obstruction of tow, and cop baiting. As you can generally see that they started by bumping and trying to stop me, eventually the anti-collision system came into effect. Yet they were doing everything to drop the car till it was finally at the lot. Even at some point in the clip at the lot were they probably said that they were about to shoot me, but it was unclear with radio traffic.
