In the clip you never talked to the ems or the officer in front of me, you have no context. Had kos on officer from a prior incident that occurred 14min before when he hit me with his vehicle intentionally. You shouldnt lie on reports delta its not a good look on you.

I am unable to know this, and I barely ran up to the area when you immediately started shooting the moment you were behind me. Also that's a long time to have KOS for, and keep a track of. While all in all shooting right in front of a PD and not waiting till they're some other non-PD type area. Plus you never came to me, or the Chief about the incident, so we truly only thought of you as a shooter with no real reasons.

You shouldnt lie on reports delta its not a good look on you.

What he said wasn't toxic but it has some truth behind it. You are reporting someone (As a partial involved person as you were not the direct involved target but more like a sub) and might have assumed something that isn't even the truth. Some could say that is the same as telling lies (which I am not implying). what I am saying is that if you are unsure about something don't just "imply" the worst.

This specific tow driver had NITRP drove on to the sidewalk and hit me, i didnt die luckily so had a good enough reason to kos. I apologize for how i handled the situation with tow driver but from my pov the police had been going crazy in the city for the past few hours.

After Reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion

Player @Egg won't receive a punishment because of Insufficient evidence prior to the situation.
However, Player @Egg Is encouraged that if a player is actually breaking the rules (as you are saying he was "NITRP driving") he should report it instead of taking matters into his own hands. In this instance I can understand the IC retaliation behind it but that might not be the case for future encounters.
