There are a couple of ways to handle this if you would like to pursue any action against either party. There is a Player Report and a Staff Report on the Forums, if you ever feel there are any wrong doings in the staff team you are free to use these resources.

The staff can handle a situation at their own discretion, if you're not satisfied with how a situation was handled, then you're more than welcome to create a staff report against the handling staff-member, we aren't going to double punish or switch punishments around because you aren't satisfied with the handling of it.
